The Xbase base station is a robust and compact control unit that can be used as an add-on device for wireless safety handhelds HMI devices such as the X5. The device contains the same safety hardware as the devices installed in the handheld devices and provides hardware safety signals that can be connected to the machine's safety circuits. Wireless safety communication is based on Wi-Fi with support for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands for worldwide operation.
